There is always something going on in the Wildwoods. There are events for everyone in the family such as the Boardwalk Classic Show, Monster Trucks, Motor cross racing and the Powerboat racing. The International Kite festival, Fabulous 50's Weekend, the Craft Shows and who can forget the Irish Festival. During the vacation season there is a fireworks display on the beach every Friday night. A traditional Hatha yoga style class, infused with Qi Gong, a variety of healing therapy & lots of modifications for all! Practice with the sun, surf, and sand for a unique experience! The Mummers return to the Wildwoods on Friday-Saturday, September 6-7 to celebrate New Year’s in North Wildwood! Over a dozen String Bands including the top bands from the 2024 New Year’s Day Parade in Philadelphia, PA will be featured as the Mummers Parade steps off at 3 p.m. at Olde New Jersey Ave, beginning at 2nd Street and concluding at Spruce Ave. Best of all , the parade is FREE to attend, so come on out and strut your stuff at the New Year’s in North Wildwood event with entertainment the whole family will enjoy. (Formerly known as Wildwoods Seafood and Music Festival). The Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce presents a Food and Music Street Fair on Saturday, September 7, 2024 featuring a full day of fantastic food options, music, shopping and more. The festival will take place in Downtown Wildwood starting at Byrne Plaza along Pacific Avenue between Oak and Schellenger Avenues in Wildwood. The 12th Annual Greg DiAntonio Memorial Reggae Fest will be held at Urie’s Waterfront Restaurant in Wildwood to celebrate the life of Greg DiAntonio from 3:30p.m. to 8:30p.m. on Sunday, September 8, 2024. Proceeds benefit the Greg DiAntonio Memorial Fund which helps individuals & families struggling with Substance Use Disorder as well as Wildwood Catholic Academy. Tickets are $70. Firetrucks from around the state will be displayed in the Wildwoods Convention Center parking lots and merchandise vendors can be found across the street at Fox Park.  9/14   9/14    Fish For Life 
Fish for Life, a 501c3 program that takes special needs children fishing is expanding from the West Coast to the East Coast! 30 special needs children, 30 chaperones & 40 volunteers will board the 100 foot sportfishing vessel “Atlantic Star” to enjoy a day of fishing……in grand style! This summer, Fish For Life will take place Saturday, July 20, Saturday, August 17, and Saturday, September 14! Opening ceremonies begin mid-morning to honor our special needs guests. After the speakers, a volunteer will say a prayer followed by the singing of the National Anthem and then we roll out a Red Carpet to individually introduce our honored guests and their chaperones. Fishing Teams are organized and once everyone is aboard, we depart to the theme song of the Pirates of the Caribbean. Seasoned anglers will teach the kids how to catch fish and a Marine Biologist will be aboard to bring an educational opportunity to the experience. Guests will enjoy entertainment surprises including (on occasion) a real live Mermaid and water-gun battle royale with a passing Pirate Ship!  9/14   9/14    Muddy Schnitzel Family Fun Run 
Lace up your sneaks and prepare to get muddy in Morey’s Piers first annual Muddy Schnitzel, a family mud run on the beach between Mariner’s and Adventure Piers. The course is about 1 mile long and features over a dozen obstacles, including water pits, an army crawl, king of the dune, and tube scramble. Families will have a blast navigating the course together and racing to the finish, where every participant will be awarded a finisher medal! Muddy Schnitzel is appropriate for kids five and older.  9/20   9/22    Annual Irish Fall Festival 
Olde New Jersey Avenue and surrounding pubs, North Wildwood. The largest Irish Festival on the East Coast celebrating Irish heritage with dancing, music, food and craft vendors – 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Other festivities include a golf tournament, boxing, Irish dance lessons, 5K run and 1 mile walk, pipe exhibition, food court, and Catholic Mass.  9/21   9/21    Wildwood Crest Seafarers Celebration – FREE 
Sunset Lake along New Jersey Avenue from Rambler Road to Miami Avenue from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on September 21, 2024. Enjoy a street festival featuring dozens of craft and food vendors, children’s entertainment, live music, and more!
